64-storey luxe tower in central Mumbai finally gets BMC nod

One Avighna Park, the luxury towers in central Mumbai, has finally been cleared by the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC), but minus the top four floors. The developer may have to lop off a few floors for building in excess of what was permitted. The towers with two wings near Currey Road station were earlier planned for 64 storeys. Now, the developer has been forced to halt the work at 60 floors.
