In two separate deals, Agarwal Holdings has paid Rs.3.32 bn for a nearly two-acre land parcel and a building constructed on it in Mumbai's affluent Juhu neighbourhood. For this property, which is spread out over roughly 10,000 sq ft, the company paid close to Rs.850 mn. The company's most recent acquisition consists of a 1.72 acre land piece with over 4,305 sq ft. Since its incorporation in December 2020, Agarwal Holdings has acquired two properties in Juhu totalling more than Rs.4.17 bn.
