91Springboard Bolsters Leadership Team with Four Appointments

91Springboard, one of India’s leading flexible workspace providers, has strengthened its leadership team with four strategic appointments aimed at accelerating business growth and enhancing member experience. The company has named Niroopa Padmanabhan as Chief Design Officer, Prashant Nair as Director – Sales, Bindu Nambiar as General Manager – Account Management & Alliances, and Tarun Dhawan as General Manager – Sales & Leasing. 

These appointments align with 91Springboard’s continued focus on customer-centricity, innovation, and expansion across India’s evolving flexible workspace ecosystem. The new leadership will play a critical role in strengthening design strategy, scaling sales and leasing, and deepening client partnerships. 

Niroopa Padmanabhan, with nearly 20 years of experience in workplace design, strategy and project execution, has held senior positions at organisations such as Smartworks and Livspace. In her new role, she will lead the design vision and execution across all 91Springboard centres, with a focus on enhancing workplace aesthetics and spatial planning. 

Prashant Nair brings over 19 years of experience in commercial real estate, specialising in leasing for Global Capability Centres (GCCs) and tailored office solutions. He has previously worked with Smartworks, Simpliwork, and Incuspaze, and brings deep expertise in strategic business development and market assessment. 

Bindu Nambiar, a seasoned sales and marketing professional with two decades of experience, has worked across client retention, relationship management, and acquisition roles. She has previously been associated with global brands such as Condé Nast and Network18 Media & Investments Ltd, and will now focus on account management and strategic alliances. 

Tarun Dhawan, with over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate, has worked with leading organisations including Lodha Group, WeWork, and CBRE. He brings in-depth knowledge of leasing and managed office operations and has a proven track record in revenue growth and team leadership across dynamic real estate portfolios.
