Arisinfra Q2 FY27 Profit Rises 50% to Rs 228 Million

Arisinfra Solutions Limited (ARIS) reported a 50 per cent year-on-year increase in consolidated profit after tax (PAT) to Rs 228 million for Q2 FY27, marking its highest quarterly profit. Revenue from operations rose 28 per cent to Rs 3.08 billion, while EBITDA increased 58 per cent to Rs 356 million. The company also recorded its highest quarterly EBITDA margin of 11.6 per cent, compared with 9.3 per cent in the corresponding period last year.

For the first half of FY27, revenue grew 32 per cent to Rs 5.99 billion, while PAT more than doubled to Rs 429 million from Rs 204 million in H1 FY26. EBITDA increased 63 per cent to Rs 662 million, with the margin improving to 11.1 per cent.

The improved performance was driven by higher contributions from contract manufacturing and Developer as a Service (DaaS), which together accounted for 66 per cent of Q2 revenue, compared with 53 per cent a year earlier.

Contract manufacturing revenue increased 72 per cent to Rs 3.29 billion in H1 FY27. The company's reserved manufacturing capacity expanded to 11.7 million tonnes across 23 partner plants in Chennai, Mumbai, Bengaluru and Jharkhand.

Meanwhile, the DaaS business generated revenue of Rs 552 million, achieving an EBITDA margin of 60 per cent. Its live project portfolio reached a gross development value of Rs 28.17 billion across 15 projects as of 31 October 2026.

Operational cash flow stood at Rs 601 million during H1 FY27, while net working capital days declined to 54. The company also reported improved interest coverage of 4.6 times and net debt of Rs 740 million as of 30 September 2026.

Ronak K Morbia, Chairman and Managing Director, attributed the improved profitability to the growing contribution of higher-margin businesses and capital-efficient expansion. He highlighted the addition of 2.6 million tonnes of exclusive manufacturing capacity during the quarter without investing in owned plants.

The company continues to strengthen its integrated construction materials and services platform through technology-driven supply chain management, contract manufacturing and development services.
