Casagrand Contracts Pvt Ltd Partners With Singapore's Shine Goglobal Ltd

With a vision to transcend the seasonal coastal tourist spot, Kanniyakumari towards conscious tourism destination, Casagrand Contracts Pvt Ltd (CGCPL), the EPC venture from the Casagrand Group and Singapore-based Our SHINE GOGLOBAL Ltd have joined hands to bring in a historic partnership. Titled Project MAN, this groundbreaking initiative is designed as a proven framework for regional and global growth, besides organizing the tourism ecosystem for national and international guests, making the region as India’s Cape Town. 

Casagrand Contracts and Our SHINE GOGLOBAL Ltd, marking its debut in the region, will be identifying a minimum 40 acres of land parcel for the first phase of Project MAN. This innovative venture, with an estimated investment of USD 300 million, is designed to create a thriving tourism community in Kanniyakumari. Project MAN will focus on meaningful entertainment, eco-friendly wellness tourism, and convention center, focusing on establishing Kanniyakumari as a vibrant destination for tourism and subsequently create a multiplier effect for the industry & the region.

Project MAN's first stage of development will encompass a 1000-seater Convention Centre equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, creating a hub for events and conferences. Complementing this will be a sprawling Mall featuring 100 shops and a theater, offering visitors a diverse shopping and meaningful entertainment experience. The project will also house an SME Acceleration Center, fostering the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises PAN India, from Kanniyakumari.

Professional and Hospitality Training programs will further contribute to the development of skilled manpower in the region. Additionally, the first stage includes a 50-room resort/hotel space, ensuring that visitors experience luxurious and comfortable accommodation at affordable cost.
