Cryogenic OGS Secures Rs 10 Million Purchase Order From Yokogawa

Cryogenic OGS Limited has announced that it has received a purchase order worth Rs 10 million from Yokogawa India Limited. The disclosure was made in accordance with Regulation 30 and Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The company confirmed that the order value of Rs 10 million (One Crore Thirty Thousand Rupees) has been reported as required under Schedule III of the SEBI LODR Regulations and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11 November 2024. The relevant details have been attached as Annexure I to the filing.
