Hettich Expands Experiential Presence in Chennai

Hettich has strengthened its experiential footprint in Chennai with the inauguration of an upgraded Experience Centre and the launch of the city’s first Hettich Exclusive (HeX) Store. The two new touchpoints are aimed at bringing immersive brand experiences closer to customers and industry professionals across the region.
The upgraded Experience Centre has been redesigned to offer a standardised and immersive journey showcasing Hettich’s complete portfolio of furniture fittings and interior solutions. It also provides value-added services such as free design support and doorstep consultations for homeowners, architects, designers and carpenters. Complementing this is the new HeX Store, which offers curated walk-throughs of modern living spaces, hands-on product interaction and complimentary design consultations to help customers visualise real-life applications.
Commenting on the expansion, Andre Eckholt, Managing Director – Hettich India, SAARC, Middle East & Africa, said, “Chennai is a highly promising market that reflects a unique blend of tradition, design awareness and evolving modern lifestyles. With our company-owned large-format Hettich Experience Centre, we offer customers and professionals a space to draw inspiration, explore our complete portfolio and truly experience the magic of German engineering brought to life. Complementing this is Chennai’s first franchise-led Hettich Exclusive (HeX) Store, which enables customers to not only browse but also shop our premium German furniture fittings, architectural hardware, furniture lighting, and built-in kitchen appliances.”
The Chennai HeX Store forms part of Hettich’s broader strategy to expand its network of Exclusive stores across India, working alongside Experience Centres to build a solution-oriented experiential ecosystem for modern residential and commercial spaces.
