Jenika Ventures hosts global retreat to boost leadership alignment

Jenika Ventures, a leading real estate firm, has hosted its international annual leadership retreat aimed at strengthening executive alignment and reinforcing its people-centric culture. The five-day offsite brought together senior leaders and top-performing employees for strategy sessions, team-building activities and cultural engagement.

The retreat, designed as a mix of strategy, celebration and connection, included full-day yacht sails, teamwork exercises and communal living arrangements to encourage closer personal interaction.

Abhishek Raj, Founder & CEO, Jenika Ventures, said, “At Jenika Ventures, we are interested in building meaningful experiences that extend beyond the office. These retreats are not recreation or travel; they are part of the way we nurture our culture, celebrate contributions, and invest in individuals. By leaving our habits behind and uniting in a different setting, we provide ourselves with space to connect with one another on another level, to have open and transparent communication, and to inspire one another. It’s our celebration of the individuals behind progress, unity, trust, and a sense of shared purpose as we collectively move forward.”

Jenika Ventures conducts both national and international retreats every year, ensuring that leaders participate alongside selected employees who have made significant contributions to the firm. The initiative reinforces leadership alignment, fosters collaboration and strengthens cultural bonds within the organisation.

The company noted that beyond scheduled activities, shared experiences such as living and working together during the retreat helped build trust and long-term collaboration. These offsites, it added, remain a strategic investment in employee motivation and organisational culture, placing individuals at the centre of its growth journey.
