Navin’s has launched a new advertising campaign titled ‘This Is It’ to promote its residential project, Navin’s Starwood Towers 3.0 in Medavakkam.

The 360-degree campaign is being rolled out across television, cinema and digital platforms, including YouTube, Instagram and WhatsApp. It focuses on ready-to-move-in homes and aims to support homebuyers in making confident purchase decisions.

The campaign highlights key aspects such as connectivity, lifestyle and immediate usability, positioning the project around themes of ‘Life Nearby’, ‘Lifestyle’ and ‘Ready to Move In’. It emphasises convenience, reduced commute and access to essential services.

Navin’s Starwood Towers 3.0 spans 9.85 acres and comprises two towers—Maple and Cedar. Maple offers 2 BHK units ranging from 877 to 1,285 sq ft, starting at Rs 7.9 million, while Cedar features 3 BHK units ranging from 1,908 to 2,140 sq ft, with possession scheduled by end-2026.
