Pavna Signs MoU with Tamil Nadu Government for Auto-Components Plant

Pavna Industries, a manufacturer of automotive components for passenger vehicles, two-wheelers, three-wheelers, commercial vehicles, and off-road vehicles, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Tamil Nadu to establish an auto-components manufacturing facility at the Future Mobility Park in Shoolagiri, Krishnagiri District. 

As part of the MoU, the state government will extend support for the timely execution of the project. The facility is aimed at enhancing Pavna Industries’ manufacturing footprint, strengthening its role in the automotive ecosystem, and contributing to Tamil Nadu’s vision of becoming a hub for mobility solutions. 

Commenting on the development, Swapnil Jain, Managing Director, Pavna Industries Limited, said, “We are proud to partner with the Government of Tamil Nadu for this project, which will generate employment, create opportunities for local talent, and support the state’s thriving automotive ecosystem. This initiative is aligned with the Make in India vision and underscores Pavna Industries’ dedication to nation-building through world-class manufacturing. We value the support extended by the Government of Tamil Nadu in enabling this expansion.”
