The Ramco Cements Jaggayyapet plant near Vijaywada has bagged ‘Excellent Energy Efficient Unit” award in the 25th National Award for Excellence in Energy Management 2024. This award from the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) is based on the evaluation by the panel of judges at the National Award for Excellence in Energy Management held during 10th to 12th September 2024 at Hyderabad. The Ramco Cements Jaggayyapet plant was adjudged as ‘Excellent Energy Efficient Unit’ among 26 shortlisted entries comprising major cement manufacturing companies.
