Veranda Learning Appoints Mohasin Khan as Chief Financial Officer

Veranda Learning Solutions, a listed enterprise offering end-to-end solutions in the education  space, has announced Saurani Pathan Mohasin Khan as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The  Board approved at its meeting held on May 5, 2025 based on the recommendation of the Audit  Committee and the Nomination and Remuneration Committee (NRC). 
 
Mohasin takes over from Saradha Govindarajan, who steps down to pursue personal interests  and commitments. A key contributor to Veranda 1.0, Saradha played an instrumental role in  building the company’s financial systems, and Veranda extends its sincere gratitude for her service. A  Chartered Accountant (CA) and Company Secretary (CS), Mohasin joined Veranda in 2022 and has  since served as Deputy General Manager – Finance. His elevation reflects Veranda’s commitment to  nurturing internal talent. Prior to Veranda, he held finance roles at Merit Data and Technology and Dr.  Agarwal’s Eye Hospital and began his career with M. Srinivasan & Associates.  

Welcoming him to the new role, Suresh Kalpathi, Executive Director and Chairman of Veranda  Learning, said, “At Veranda, we believe in grooming leaders from within. Mohasin has demonstrated  strong financial acumen and a deep commitment to our growth journey. His appointment reinforces  our belief in investing in capable and committed individuals from our own ranks.”

Abinaya Kalpathi appointed as AGM (Marketing): Veranda Learning announced the appointment  of Abinaya Kalpathi as Assistant General Manager – Marketing. A well-qualified professional,  Abinaya holds a bachelor’s degree from Imperial College London and a master’s degree from Queen’s  University Belfast. In her new role, she will be playing a key role in driving brand strategy, digital  outreach, and student engagement efforts across the company’s diverse portfolio. 

These appointments highlight Veranda Learning’s focus on building a young, future-ready leadership  team to drive innovation, operational excellence, and brand growth.

DMR Engineering Reports FY 25-26 Financial Results

DMR Engineering reported its half year results for the financial year ended 31 March 2026 and published full year figures on a standalone basis.
