Veranda Learning Appoints Mohasin Khan as Chief Financial Officer

Mohasin takes over from Saradha Govindarajan, who steps down to pursue personal interests and commitments. A key contributor to Veranda 1.0, Saradha played an instrumental role in building the company’s financial systems, and Veranda extends its sincere gratitude for her service. A Chartered Accountant (CA) and Company Secretary (CS), Mohasin joined Veranda in 2022 and has since served as Deputy General Manager – Finance. His elevation reflects Veranda’s commitment to nurturing internal talent. Prior to Veranda, he held finance roles at Merit Data and Technology and Dr. Agarwal’s Eye Hospital and began his career with M. Srinivasan & Associates.

A well-qualified professional, Abinaya holds a bachelor’s degree from Imperial College London and a master’s degree from Queen’s University Belfast. In her new role, she will be playing a key role in driving brand strategy, digital outreach, and student engagement efforts across the company’s diverse portfolio.
