Brick & Bolt Charts Expansion After Strong 2025 Growth

Brick & Bolt, India’s tech-enabled construction company, has concluded a milestone year marked by rapid growth and diversification, while outlining ambitious expansion plans for 2026. In 2025, the company delivered two-times year-on-year growth, entered commercial construction, opened new experience centres in Gurugram and Chennai, and surpassed 10,000 completed units nationwide.

During the year, Brick & Bolt also strengthened its leadership team and rolled out advanced technology solutions, including the Smart Cost Calculator, aimed at improving cost transparency and decision-making for customers. The company further expanded its offerings with the launch of new verticals such as Advantix, focused on commercial construction, and GARANT, a real estate advisory platform, broadening its end-to-end construction and property ecosystem.

Building on this momentum, Brick & Bolt is targeting another two-times growth in 2026. The company plans to add more than 6,000 new units, scale up its commercial construction business and deepen its footprint across major Indian cities. Its long-term objective is to position itself as India’s most trusted, transparent and comprehensive construction ecosystem, leveraging technology to improve efficiency, reliability and customer experience.
