Skyways Air Services Q1 FY27 Revenue Rises 93%

Skyways Air Services, an integrated logistics solutions provider, recently announced its unaudited financial results for Q1 FY27, ended 30 June 2026, following approval by its Board of Directors.

The company said it continues to hold the No. 1 position in air freight forwarding in India and has moved to 44th position globally in air cargo operations. Its domestic market share increased from 5.9 per cent in the previous quarter to 6.2 per cent in Q1 FY27.

On a consolidated basis, Skyways reported total income of Rs 12.25 bn for the quarter, up 90.4 per cent from Rs 6.44 bn in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year.

Revenue from operations increased 92.9 per cent year-on-year to Rs 12.17 bn from Rs 6.31 bn.

Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) rose 82.6 per cent year-on-year to Rs 499.4 mn from Rs 273.5 mn. Profit for the period increased 143.3 per cent to Rs 267.9 mn from Rs 110.1 mn in the year-ago quarter.

Total comprehensive income stood at Rs 271.7 mn, compared with Rs 110.1 mn in Q1 FY26, representing an increase of 146.8 per cent. Consolidated basic earnings per share stood at Rs 1.69 against Rs 0.60 in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.

Commenting on the results, Mr. Yashpal Sharma, Chief Executive Officer & CMD of Skyways Air Services Limited, said, “India’s logistics sector is at an exciting inflection point, backed by strong GDP growth, rising consumption, manufacturing expansion, e-commerce penetration and continued infrastructure-led reforms. On a standalone basis, revenue from operations increased to Rs 6.76 bn from Rs 3.22 bn in the corresponding quarter of the previous year, representing growth of 110.1 per cent.

Standalone profit for the period rose 112 per cent to Rs 140.5 mn from Rs 66.3 mn, while EBITDA increased 86.9 per cent to Rs 276.1 mn from Rs 147.7 mn. Standalone basic earnings per share stood at Rs 1.21 compared with Rs 0.59 in Q1 FY26.

The Board also declared the company’s first interim dividend since its listing, at Rs 0.25 per equity share, or 2.5 per cent of the face value of Rs 10 each, for FY27.

Skyways has fixed 9 October 2026 as the record date for determining shareholders eligible for the interim dividend. The dividend will be paid within 30 days from the date of declaration in accordance with applicable SEBI regulations.
