A bridge to Cyber City Metro for Udyog Vihar

NHAI has approved a foot overbridge (FOB) connecting the Cyber City Rapid Metro station with Udyog Vihar at Shankar Chowk on the Delhi-Gurgaon expressway. The 13.5-m long FOB will be built 5.5 m above the flyover at the crossing and will cost Rs 15 crore. It is likely to be completed by June next year. The FOB will boost ridership figures by over 10,000 as the risk of getting run over by vehicles at the junction prevents thousands of commuters from using the Rapid Metro.
