Abu road first energy efficient station

Abu Road railway station has become the first energy efficient station of Ajmer division by saving 53,000 units of power per year. This became possible through LED light fitting at the station under UJALA scheme. The station will save Rs 3.3 lakh per annum. Similarly, The Ajmer station and DRM office building as well as Udaipur will also get 100, 200 and 250 kWp solar plants.
