MMRDA Extends Bid Submission Deadline for Elevated Corridor Project

Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority, Engineering department has published a CORRIGENDUM NOTICE for the due date extension of bid submission for the Appointment of PMC Authority Engineer for the work of Construction of Elevated Corridor from Mumbai Pune Expressway to MTHL Interchange at Chirle From NH 48 Km 105400 to Km 108 150 and from NH 348 Km 12 500 to Km 17 100 2ND CALL. A complete bid document can be downloaded from the MMRDA e-Tendering Portal: https://mahatenders.gov.in Bid submission end date is extended to 6-Jul-2023 from its initial deadline of 20.06.2023. The tender seeks consultancy services of Rs 9,97,96,42,080 crore. As per the tender, the bid validity will be 120 days, and it will be an open bidding process. The bid submission began on 2, 2023, and end on July 6, 2023. The Successful bidder will have to submit the rate analysis of all major items, if called for. The bidder should visit the site prior to submission of tender and ascertain the local site condition, working restrictions, constraints, conditions in tender document regarding necessary approvals, NOC required for the work from the local Authorities and shall quote the offer inclusive of all such expenses likely to be incurred while execution of the work. No claim or compensation for any extra payments incurred by the bidders towards the approvals/ NOC’s/ permissions will be entertained by MMRDA, which shall be noted. Experience as Project Management Consultant (Authority Engineer) for Construction of Civil engineering infrastructure works for Govt. / Semi. Govt. works for last 10 years as on bid due date. Minimum average annual financial turnover of INR 10.00 Crore in last three financial years ending 31st March 2022 in the Consultancy services as certified by Chartered Accountant.
