NHAI floats tender for works on Panipat-Jalandhar section

The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has invited bids for works on Panipat-Jalandhar section of the old NH-1 (new NH-44).

The scope of work includes construction and widening of structures, i.e. MJB, MNB, ROBs, LVUP, etc, rectification of drainage and rain cuts and other works on the section from 96.000 km to 387.100 km in Haryana and Punjab in engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) mode.

The estimated value of the works is Rs 5.52 billion, with a completion period of 30 months.
