NHAI Mandates Body Cameras for Toll Plaza Supervisors

The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has implemented a significant measure to address unruly behaviour by commuters at toll plazas. In response to incidents of misconduct and disputes between toll booth staff and commuters, NHAI has mandated that toll plaza supervisors wear body cameras while on duty.
