Tough Performer

Tata Motors' Construck Prima 2528.K 6x4 tipper for the mining industry is the new kid on the block.

Tata Motors Ltd recently launched the Construck Prima 2528.K 6x4 tipper for the mining industry. This tipper, a part of
the Prima range of tippers, belongs to the Construck family – a wide range of powerful and fuel-efficient vehicles for the construction and mining industries.

Power for productivity

With India's economy entering a phase of rapid growth and transformation, there is a need for tippers that not only offer larger capacities and increased power but are also reliable, safe and tough performers. Construck Prima 2528.K 6x4 is in response to this increased productivity in all mining operations with faster returns on investment.

Dare to compare

Prima Construck 2528.K is built to successfully tackle every challenge in heavy duty operations. It is significant in its robustness, reliability and economy. A high level of robustness comes with a stronger chassis, 1200 x 24 mining tyres and heavy duty suspension. A reliable powertrain ensures that power delivered by the engine reaches the wheels with least possible loss. In addition, longer maintenance intervals, coupled with a large number of low maintenance or maintenance-free components, increases economy even further.

Construck Prima 2528.K stands out for its features like the data logger that measures vehicle performance and driving practices along several parameters. The data can be downloaded on a daily/weekly basis to ensure optimum vehicle usage. It also enables easy interface between the owner and the driver.

Driver comfort

Construck Prima 2528.K offers comfort features in the cab that take the driving experience of tippers to new heights. Enhanced driver performance comes with a world class cabin that has HVAC, a pneumatically suspended seat, remote keyless entry with central door locking and new generation technology brakes. The driver's cab also has a four point suspended cabin, with an adjustable steering wheel. The ergonomic arrangement of switches and buttons along with the LED display, makes controlling the tipper much easier.
