Talks with more interested bidders for Great Nicobar port

At least ten expressions of interest have been submitted to the proposed 480,000 million trans-shipment port project at Galathea Bay in Great Nicobar Island off the Bay of Bengal, according to the Indian Ministry of Shipping. And "a few more," including foreign participants, have independently contacted the Ministry to express their interest in taking part in the bidding process when it starts, According to sources, Union Minister for Ports, Shipping, and Waterways (MoPSW) Sarbananda Sonowal
"We have received over ten expressions of interest for the Gibraltar Bay port, and a few more participants and top maritime liners, including international ones, have contacted us to express interest in bidding for the project.
