The Ministry of Shipping and Ports has identified three key ports of Kandla, Paradip and Tuticorin to serve as export hubs for green hydrogen, green ammonia and green methanol in the next seven years. India’s target is to export five million tonne of green hydrogen and its derivatives annually by 2030.
