Agrizy launches GenAI formulation platform

Agrizy has introduced its proprietary GenAI-powered formulation platform to support internal product development workflows for global Food & Beverages and Wellness brands. The company said the platform can convert product concepts into manufacturing-ready formulations within minutes and reduce New Product Development cycles, timelines and costs by up to 40 per cent.
The platform provides ranked formulation options, ingredient quantities, costing insights, nutritional and allergen analysis, compliance validation and export-ready lab documentation. Teams can set parameters such as category, packaging, target cost, shelf life, formulation preferences, marketing claims, ingredient restrictions and sensory or performance profiles.
Agrizy said its AI copilot allows teams to formulate or reformulate products using natural language instructions, helping optimise ingredients, claims, compliance requirements, nutrition profiles and end-use performance. The company added that integrating the platform has helped it bring 5–10 times more products to market compared with traditional CRDMO players.
The platform is trained on real lab and formulation data, with approved formulations feeding into Agrizy’s in-house labs. Bench trial data, including yield, stability, sensory results and quality parameters, is used to improve future recommendations.
The system includes an India-specific ingredient ontology tagged with FSSAI, FDA and EFSA regulatory status, formulation memory that learns from failed combinations, and compliance guardrails to flag non-compliant or unsuitable ingredient choices.
