AXISCADES Secures Rs 6 Billion Defence Electronics Orders

AXISCADES Technologies Limited, a leading chip-to-product engineering firm specialising in Defence, Electronics, Semiconductor, and Artificial Intelligence (ESAI) applications, has secured new defence orders worth approximately Rs 6 billion through its defence subsidiaries. The orders span airborne, naval, and radar-based platforms, awarded by top Indian defence laboratories.

These strategic wins reaffirm AXISCADES’ commitment to indigenous defence development and further solidify its position as a trusted partner in India’s self-reliance mission. The projects involve advanced subsystem development for some of India’s most sophisticated defence platforms under agencies like DRDO and Defence PSUs.

Key Highlights of New Orders:

  • VIRUPAKSHA Radar Programme (Su-30 MKI Upgrade): Design and supply of exciter units, receiver units, and antenna beam control motherboards to replace existing Russian radar systems.
  • TR Modules for S-Band Surveillance Radars: State-of-the-art transmit-receive modules for enhanced target tracking and signal fidelity in long-range surveillance.
  • LRBMR – KUSHA: Development of indigenous digital beam forming units for the Long-Range Battle Management Radar with detection capabilities exceeding 500 km.
  • Electric Heavy Weight Torpedo (EHWT): Delivery of the homing receiver—vital for autonomous targeting in next-gen submarine-launched anti-submarine warfare.
  • Sonar Systems for Submarines: Production-level supply of various sonar sub-systems, reinforcing the company's presence in undersea warfare electronics.
The Rs 6 billion order book will be executed over the next three to five years and will generate consistent revenue through development, prototyping, and full-scale production phases.
