Hyderabad-based Skanda Aerospace Technology Pvt Ltd (SATPL), a collaborative venture between Raghu Vamsi Machine Tools in Hyderabad, India, and Rave Gears LLC in Texas, USA, has celebrated the inauguration of their groundbreaking Gear and Gear Boxes Manufacturing facility. This pioneering endeavour, marking a significant milestone in India's aerospace industry, is dedicated to the production of high-precision aerospace-grade gears, representing a noteworthy stride towards advancing aerospace manufacturing capabilities within the nation.

The inauguration of this state-of-the-art facility was graced by the presence of distinguished dignitaries, including Jayesh Ranjan, IAS, Principal Secretary of 1&C and IT, and Praveen PA, Director of Aerospace and Defence in the Government of Telangana.

The collaboration between Skanda Aerospace Technology Pvt Ltd and its American partner, Rave Gears LLC, signifies a potent fusion of cutting-edge technology and manufacturing expertise, aiming to propel India's aerospace manufacturing sector to new heights. ACME Solar Holdings rose 2.05 per cent to Rs 308.50 after its wholly owned subsidiary, ACME Venus Urja, secured long-term project financing of Rs 38.92 billion from the State Bank of India (SBI).The funds will be utilised for the development and construction of a 400 MW Firm and Dispatchable Renewable Energy (FDRE) project in Barmer, Rajasthan.
