Telawne Expands Ambernath Footprint By 61,837 Sq Ft

Telawne Power Equipments has expanded its manufacturing and supply-chain footprint with the addition of 61,837 sq. ft. of infrastructure at Ambernath in Maharashtra, strengthening its ability to serve rising demand across India and international markets. The expansion comprises a 43,000 sq. ft. centralised warehouse and an 18,837 sq. ft. additional production bay that extend the company’s existing Ambernath manufacturing facility and were inaugurated yesterday.

The new space bolsters export capabilities and creates greater capacity alongside Telawne’s full?fledged facilities at Rabale and Taloja, reinforcing its manufacturing footprint in the power infrastructure sector. The company says the upgraded infrastructure enhances manufacturing flexibility, improves material and inventory management and fortifies supply?chain efficiency to support larger and evolving customer requirements.

The additional production bay enables larger, more complex and customised manufacturing requirements, while the centralised warehouse improves storage, movement and availability of critical materials. The layout permits the integration of modern production arrangements and optimised workflows, supporting stronger operational discipline and consistent product quality as volumes and project demands grow.

Telawne describes the expansion as an investment in its ability to scale, respond faster and participate in the next phase of growth in the power infrastructure sector; the extra 61,837 sq. ft. is presented as positioning the firm to support larger projects and evolving customer needs across domestic and global markets. The company positions the capacity increase as relevant to transmission and distribution, renewable energy, data centre infrastructure, industrial and other critical infrastructure applications.

The Ambernath addition forms part of a broader growth strategy to build capacity ahead of opportunity and invest in capabilities for sustainable long?term growth, combining increased manufacturing capacity with more efficient workflows, stronger supply?chain management and improved delivery readiness.
