TVS ILP Signs MoU For Logistics Park In Telangana

TVS Industrial & Logistics Parks, part of the 120-year-old TVS Group, has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Government of Telangana to acquire 20 acres of land for the development of a technology-enabled logistics and industrial park. The MoU was signed at Bharat Future City in the presence of Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy Anumula, by Ramnath Subramaniam, Joint Managing Director of TVS ILP, and Sanjay Kumar, Special Chief Secretary for Industries and Commerce, Government of Telangana.

The proposed investment supports Telangana’s strategy to establish itself as a leading manufacturing, warehousing and logistics hub in India. The project is expected to generate employment opportunities while strengthening supply chains and industrial activity across multiple sectors.

Commenting on the development, Ramnath Subramaniam said Telangana’s investment climate and infrastructure-led vision offer strong potential for high-quality logistics development. He noted that with established operations across southern India, TVS ILP views Telangana as a key node in its national logistics network. He added that the state’s focus on execution and long-term planning makes it an attractive investment destination, and the project aligns with TVS ILP’s commitment to supporting the growth of Telangana’s industrial and supply chain ecosystem.

TVS ILP, recognised as India’s first corporate developer in the warehousing sector, continues to expand its national footprint and currently manages more than 20 logistics parks across the country.
