UDTL Secures Export Order For Advanced Oil And Gas Connectors

United Drilling Tools Ltd. (UDTL) has secured an export order worth approximately Rs 19.71 million for the supply of Leopard Dual Seal Connectors to AH&M Energy Services PTE. LTD., Singapore, with the ultimate end user being APDS Vietnam Ltd. The order marks the first time this specific connector is being supplied from India for the intended application, highlighting UDTL’s growing technological capabilities and international footprint. The company expects to complete delivery within four months.

The Leopard Dual Seal Connector is a highly specialised component used in the oil and gas sector, requiring advanced engineering, precision manufacturing and rigorous quality assurance. Its design is critical to ensuring reliable performance in high-pressure environments, extreme temperature variations and demanding operating conditions typical of upstream oil and gas operations.

UDTL has built strong technological expertise in designing and manufacturing specialised connectors for critical oil and gas applications. Its capabilities are supported by in-house engineering design, proprietary manufacturing processes, advanced material selection and robust quality control systems. The company’s engineering approach focuses on achieving dual sealing integrity, dimensional accuracy and long-term operational reliability in line with internationally accepted industry standards.

The development and production of technologically advanced connectors such as the Leopard Dual Seal Connector involve high entry barriers in both India and global markets. Only a limited number of manufacturers worldwide possess the technical depth, validated processes and operational maturity required to consistently supply such components. In India, the number of companies capable of producing these connectors remains particularly small, while globally the supplier base is constrained by stringent qualification, certification and performance requirements imposed by end users in the oil and gas industry.

By securing this export order, UDTL strengthens its position in the specialised oil and gas equipment segment and demonstrates its ability to meet complex technical requirements for international customers, reinforcing its role as a competitive Indian manufacturer in a high-value global market.
