Indowind Energy Limited, a renewable energy company engaged in the generation and distribution of power through wind assets, has announced its unaudited financial results for Q2 and H1 FY26, delivering a strong improvement in revenue, EBITDA and profitability.

Financial Performance (Consolidated) In Q2 FY26, total revenue rose to Rs 177.4 million, up 11.46 per cent year-on-year. EBITDA increased to Rs 50.13 million, marking a 15.58 per cent rise, while EBITDA margin expanded by 32 bps to 59.32 per cent. Net profit for the quarter grew by 3.62 per cent to Rs 45.7 million.

For H1 FY26, total revenue reached Rs 2,329 million, up 25.81 per cent compared with the same period last year. Management Commentary Promoter Mr Bala Venkat Kutti said the company’s performance reflects the progress made in strengthening its wind portfolio and improving returns on its assets. He added that disciplined cost management and healthy wind conditions supported performance in the first half.

He noted that the broader renewable sector continues to see stable, growing demand from corporates, which is expected to support future growth. With long-standing experience in operations and enhanced O&M capabilities, the company aims to build further on this momentum in the coming quarters.
