Maha-Metro Invites Pune Metro Civil Maintenance Bids

Maharashtra Metro Rail Corporation Limited (Maha-Metro) has invited bids for the annual civil maintenance contract of the Pune Metro Rail Project. The tender, bearing ID and number P1-O&M-20/2025, is scheduled to close on 23 February 2026, with a pre-bid meeting slated for 10 February 2026. The earnest money deposit (EMD) for the contract is Rs 3,50,500, and the duration of the contract is one year.
The scope of work includes annual civil maintenance of 28 elevated and underground stations, 28.079 km of elevated viaduct including steel bridges, 12.15 km of tunnels, and two depots under the Pune Metro project.
Phase 1 of the Pune Metro Rail Project is fully operational and comprises two corridors. Line-1 (Purple Line) connects Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) to Swargate, covering 16.589 km with 14 stations. Line-2 (Aqua Line) runs from Vanaz to Ramwadi, spanning 14.665 km with 16 stations.
Line-1 stations include PCMC, Tukaram Nagar, Bhosari, Kasarwadi, Fugewadi, Dapodi, Bopodi, Khadki, Range Hill, Shivaji Nagar, Civil Court, Budhwar Peth, Mandai and Swargate. Line-2 stations include Vanaz, Anand Nagar, Ideal Colony, Nal Stop, Garware College, Deccan Gymkhana, Sambhaji Park, PMC, Civil Court, Mangalwar Peth, Pune Railway Station, Ruby Clinic, Bund Garden, Yerawada, Kalyani Nagar and Ramwadi.
The tender aims to ensure the continued upkeep and safe operations of Pune Metro’s civil infrastructure.
