KEC International Bags Rs 11.47 billion Orders in T&D Sector

KEC International Ltd., a leading global infrastructure EPC major under the RPG Group, has secured new Transmission and Distribution (T&D) orders worth Rs 11.74 billion across India and the Middle East. The company has won contracts for ±800 kV HVDC and 765 kV transmission lines from a reputed private developer in India, and for 380 kV transmission lines in Saudi Arabia.

Commenting on the achievement, Mr Vimal Kejriwal, MD & CEO, KEC International Ltd., said, “We are delighted with the continuous success of our T&D business, reflected in a series of significant order wins. The prestigious HVDC transmission line order has substantially increased the share of private developer projects in our India portfolio, while the large Saudi order reinforces our leadership in the Middle East market. With these wins, our year-to-date order intake stands at around Rs 140 billion.”
