Mascot Dynamics And Amrut Energy Merge To Boost Solar Pumping

Amrut Energy Private Limited has merged with Mascot Dynamics Private Limited and the combined business will operate as Amrut Energy, a Division of Mascot Dynamics. The integration establishes a Water and Solar Pumping Division that combines engineering, manufacturing and distribution capabilities. The move is expected to support expansion across domestic and international markets while strengthening manufacturing capability and institutional partnerships. Company officials said the merger will maintain uninterrupted operations for customers, suppliers, channel partners and ongoing projects.

Amrut Energy founder Arvind Patel has joined the Mascot Dynamics board and will lead the division as chief executive officer. The agreement aligns Amrut Energy shareholders with Mascot Dynamics through equity participation to reinforce the group’s long term strategy in industrial infrastructure and clean energy. The division is vertically integrated with in house capabilities covering solar panels, submersible and surface pumps and MPPT pump controllers. To date the business has supplied more than 65,000 solar water pumping systems and delivered over 150 megawatts (MW) of solar panels.

Amrut Energy has built a network of approximately 3,000 channel partners and secured approvals for government backed solar programmes across 15 Indian states including Maharashtra, Gujarat, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh. The company also holds approvals from Gujarat’s WASMO and Tribal Development Department to support rural and last mile projects. The division has expanded internationally with deployments in Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kenya, Mozambique, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Nepal and Australia. The operations have contributed to estimated cumulative carbon emission savings of approximately 696,600 metric tonnes (t).

Mascot Dynamics founder Arvind Kamath described the merger as strengthening the group’s long term structure and expanding its position as a diversified engineering enterprise. The group now operates four divisions focused on industrial, energy and environmental infrastructure and is positioned for growth in India’s clean energy sector and wider engineering markets.
