Green energy company, ReNew Power plans to invest Rs.300 billion over the next two years to scale up solar and wind energy capacities, according to reports. ReNew Power has 5,000 MW of projects that are being built presently, and the company has won various auctions and PPAs (power purchase agreements). ReNew Power is one of the largest renewable energy independent power producers (IPPs) globally. The company currently has an aggregate capacity of 13.2 GW, including the capacity already won in competitive bidding.
