DLF in a joint venture with Singapore's sovereign wealth fund GIC, will develop 8 mn sq ft of high-end residential towers at Central Delhi’s Moti Nagar, with a revenue expectation of Rs120-150 bn. The DLF-GIC JV operates over 32 mn sq ft of office space. This is the first time it will develop a residential complex. Reportedly the JV has a planned pipeline of 35 mn sq ft spread across the value, premium and luxury segments.
