IRB Infrastructure Developers has achieved the Rs.66.10 bn financial closure for its first and India's largest toll-operate-transfer (TOT) project, the Mumbai-Pune Expressway. The project is being carried out by IRB MP Expressway, a SPV of IRB Infrastructure Developers. The company has reportedly made the payment of first tranche of Rs.65 bn as upfront sub-concession fee to MSRDC.
