Epiroc AB has entered into a strategic partnership agreement with SANY Group to explore broader collaboration opportunities across the mining and infrastructure industries.

Under the agreement, the companies aim to enhance their cross-brand product portfolio by combining Epiroc’s hydraulic breakers, specialty attachments and ground engaging tools (GET) with SANY’s excavator and loader portfolio. The collaboration is expected to deliver higher productivity and more integrated infrastructure solutions for customers worldwide.

Within the mining segment, the companies will work together to improve productivity by combining Epiroc’s electrified equipment, charging solutions and global service capabilities with SANY’s expertise in electric micro grids and green energy technologies.

José Manuel Sánchez, President, Tools & Attachments Business Area, Epiroc, said SANY’s innovations in electrification, equipment and smart manufacturing align strongly with Epiroc’s expertise in automation, electrification and digitalisation for mining and infrastructure applications.
