JLL Facilitates Development of IT SEZ in Pune

JLL India has forged a partnership deal between K Raheja Corp and Gera to develop and operate a 30 acre parcel in Pune. The land parcel will be developed into an IT SEZ under the Gera Commerzone banner and will yield 3.5 million sq ft of leasable space in Kharadi, the IT den of Pune.
