VGN launches its 'VGN Coasta' project in Chennai

VGN Developers, one of the leading real estate developers in Chennai, launched their prestigious residential project, VGN Coasta, on the East Coast Road on May 1. The project was launched by Chennai Super Kings captain Mahender Singh Dhoni along with his teammates Murali Vijay, Michael Hussey and Suresh Raina. The Rs 200-crore project is located opposite the MGM Dizzee World on the East Coast Road, halfway between Mamallapuram and Chennai.

The project would come up on 2.2 acres of land and would have 16 floors consisting of 87 luxury apartments, said Pratish Devadoss, Managing Director of VGN Developers.

Interestingly, the project had set a target date of 2016 but Devadoss said that it could be finished much earlier. He said the homes were designed with comforts of a five-star hotel experience at home. VGN Coasta offers three- and four-bedroom-hall-kitchen homes ranging from 2,600 square feet to 4,100 square feet. The flats are priced from Rs 1.82 crore to Rs 2.87 crore.

It will have amenities like a restaurant, spa, gymnasium, indoor games facility, business centre, library, banquet hall, fine dining, bar and large landscaped terraces. Devadoss also said that VGN has brought two more properties in Nungambakkam High Road and Guindy respectively for Rs 500 crore. These will be developed for residential purpose.
