The chairman said that fiscal year 2026 had been a landmark year with revenue up by 62 per cent to Rs 1.699 billion and EBITDA rising by 366 per cent to Rs 677 mn. Management attributed the results to focused execution and customer centricity. He added that net profit surged by 1,974 per cent to Rs 351 mn and that pre-sales reached Rs 2.864 bn with collections of Rs 1.242 bn. The company also highlighted that crossing the Rs 10 bn market capitalisation milestone reinforced investor confidence.

The firm stated that ongoing projects offer an estimated revenue potential of approximately Rs 18.4 bn while the upcoming pipeline is expected to generate a gross development value exceeding Rs 75 bn. The company emphasised disciplined capital use and timely project delivery. It reported over 10 million sq ft currently under development across multiple projects in Mumbai. The company said these projects position it to capitalise on emerging opportunities and strengthen market presence.
