India Warehousing Show to Host 15th Edition in Delhi

India Warehousing Show will host its 15th edition from 25 to 27 June 2026 at YashoBhoomi, Dwarka, New Delhi. Organised by RX India, the three-day event will bring together over 15,000 trade visitors and more than 300 national and international exhibitors across 20,000 sq m of exhibition space.

The show has established itself as a key platform for India’s warehousing, logistics and supply chain ecosystem. It will bring together industry leaders, decision-makers, policymakers and investors focused on shaping the future of warehousing and supply chain infrastructure.

The 2026 edition comes at a significant time for India’s logistics industry, which is valued at approximately USD 380 billion in 2025 and is expanding at 10-12 per cent annually. However, logistics costs remain at nearly 12 per cent of GDP, compared to the global benchmark of 8-9 per cent.

With the Government of India committing Rs 11 trillion towards logistics infrastructure development under initiatives such as PM Gati Shakti and the National Logistics Policy, the focus on efficiency, integration and green infrastructure continues to strengthen.

Umang Gupta, Country Head, RX India, said warehousing is no longer just about infrastructure but a GDP multiplier. He added that India Warehousing Show 2026 will serve as a platform where policy intent meets deployable solutions, enabling transformation across the value chain.

The exhibition will be accompanied by a two-day conference themed “Gati to Growth: Synchronising Infrastructure and Intelligence in India’s Warehousing for a $5 Trillion Economy.” The summit will feature more than 50 speakers across eight curated sessions, including policy talks, CXO panels and discussions on supply chain resilience, logistics optimisation, transport integration, regional warehousing, sustainability and e-commerce growth.

Day two will focus on emerging logistics hubs such as Uttar Pradesh, AI adoption beyond pilot projects, cold chain infrastructure from farm to pharma, and net-zero supply chain strategies. The event will also feature the GoConnect pre-event matchmaking platform, VIP Buyer Programme and Colleqt application to support high-value business engagement.

"Join industry leaders at RAHSTA Expo, India's premier platform for roads, highways and traffic infrastructure. Register now to explore innovations, network with experts and shape the future of mobility."
