BPTP Launches WA VANA Residential Project in Faridabad

BPTP Limited has launched WA VANA, a premium gated residential precinct within its integrated township in Sector 80, Faridabad. Inspired by Ikigai, the Japanese philosophy of finding purpose and meaning in everyday life, the project has been planned as an intergenerational community combining wellness, sustainability and contemporary living.

The name WA VANA combines ‘WA’, representing harmony, and ‘VANA’, symbolising nature. Guided by the concept ‘Harmony: A Zen Sanctuary in the Oasis’, the project draws from the character of Japanese gardens through minimalist design and locally adapted, drought-tolerant landscaping.

WA VANA’s master plan is also influenced by five Japanese philosophies: Kaizen, or continuous improvement; Ichigo Ichie, which encourages people to cherish every moment; Shokunin, representing craftsmanship; Osewa, or care for others; and Gaman, which signifies resilience.

At the centre of the development is an approximately one-acre Japanese Forest designed as a wellness, recreation and community space for residents across age groups. It includes a Shinrin-Yoku forest-bathing trail, Zen gardens, bamboo groves, meditation pavilions, yoga decks, walking and jogging tracks, sensory play areas for children, community gardens, water features, an amphitheatre and shaded seating areas.

Amaan Chawla, President, BPTP Limited, said homebuyers are increasingly seeking communities that support well-being and meaningful social connections. He added that WA VANA combines nature, wellness and sustainable planning to offer balanced living and long-term value to residents.

Located in Sector 80, the development offers connectivity to the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway, NH-19, Jewar International Airport and other major infrastructure corridors. The surrounding area includes educational institutions, healthcare facilities, retail destinations, commercial hubs and established residential developments.

The project has been conceptualised with landscape design firm Coopers Hill, which has integrated landscape, wellness and sustainability into the community’s planning. WA VANA is registered under Haryana RERA with registration number HRERA-PKL-FBD-939-2026.
