Brigade Group Signs JDA for Rs 3 Billion Luxury Project in Mysuru

Brigade Group has signed a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) for a luxury residential project on Bogadi Road, near the proposed Outer Ring Road, Mysuru. The project, spread across 5 acres and 12 guntas, will have a Gross Development Value (GDV) of Rs 3 billion (bn) and include approximately 0.45 million square feet of residential space.

The development will comprise 25 per cent senior living spaces and 75 per cent luxury apartments with 2 and 3 BHK configurations, complemented by premium amenities and a modern clubhouse. It is located 4.5 km from Brigade’s landmark Brigade Palmgrove Villa Project.

Speaking about the development, Pavitra Shankar, Managing Director, Brigade Group, said, “This land deal is a significant milestone in our efforts to expand our footprint in Mysuru.
