Brigade Plans Rs 9.7 Billion Projects in Hyderabad

Brigade Group has signed Joint Development Agreements (JDAs) for two new residential projects—Brigade Citadel 2 and Citadel 3—in Moti Nagar, Hyderabad. These projects follow the notable success of Brigade Citadel and represent a strategic growth move in one of the Group’s key South Indian markets.
The two developments, situated on 10 acres of prime land, will jointly offer around 1 million square feet of luxury housing. The estimated revenue potential from these projects exceeds Rs 9.7 billion. Designed to match the high standards set by their predecessor, the new phases aim to deliver premium design, quality, and community-focused living.
Amar Mysore, Executive Director of Brigade Enterprises Limited, stated, “This expansion reflects our commitment to scalable and sustainable growth in Hyderabad. The luxury residences are designed to form enduring communities while redefining the city’s skyline. We will continue to explore land opportunities that align with our vision and quality benchmarks.”
The two projects will feature 405 premium 3- and 4-BHK residences within low-rise, exclusive enclaves. With an emphasis on elegant design, ample open spaces, and resident wellbeing, these homes aim to set new standards in urban luxury. Located in central Moti Nagar, they promise a rare blend of privacy, spaciousness, and excellent connectivity.
