Capacit’e Infraprojects Secures Rs 15.18 Bn Order for 25 Downtown

Capacit’e Infraprojects has bagged a Rs 15.18 billion contract from Hubtown for the construction of four ultra-luxury super high-rise residential towers at Mahalaxmi, Mumbai. The project, 25 Downtown, will feature premium amenities including a clubhouse, penthouses, and panoramic views of Willingdon Golf Course and the Arabian Sea.

Capacit’e Infraprojects has secured a prestigious repeat order valued at Rs 15.18 billion (excluding taxes and cess) from Hubtown for its 25 Downtown project in Mumbai. The contract covers the construction of four ultra-luxury super high-rise residential towers at Mahalaxmi.

Along with the towers, the project will include state-of-the-art amenities such as a clubhouse and penthouses designed to offer unhindered views of the city’s landmarks and coastline.
