Capacit'e Infraprojects Limited (Capacit'e Infraprojects) has received a Letter of Intent from TenX Realty Limited (TenX Realty) on behalf of Raymond Limited for construction works at Thane (West). The contract relates to the construction of Towers F, G and NTA and a retail building in the Address by GS three project and the Invictus two project. The total contract value is Rs 5,370 mn excluding GST. The projects form part of residential and retail development activity in a Mumbai suburban node.

The LOI represents a repeat engagement through TenX Realty, which is described as a step-down subsidiary of Raymond Limited, and signals continuity in the client relationship.
