Collectively covering 92,000 sq. ft., with this expansion, CorporatEdge aims to further strengthen its foothold in India’s top-performing commercial real estate market.

The company’s national footprint currently spans 2,00,000 sq. ft across six centers in Delhi, Gurugram, and Bengaluru, along with a design-and-build model office in Dubai and two centers totaling 90,000 sqft at World Trade Center, New Delhi and Godrej Golf Course Road, Gurugram launching soon. CorporatEdge offers a comprehensive suite of workspace solutions, including Managed Offices, Serviced Offices, Global Capability Centers (GCCs), and Director Suites, catering to multinational corporations, investment firms, and high-growth enterprises.

Bengaluru: India’s Premier Office Market As per industry reports, Bengaluru emerged as India’s top-performing office market in 2024, recording a historic gross leasing volume of 21.8 million sq. ft., accounting for 28 per cent of the country’s total leasing activity. The flexible workspace sector played a pivotal role, contributing 19.8 per cent to India’s annual leasing, marking a significant shift in occupier preferences toward agile and experience-driven workspaces. Additionally, premium office rentals in key micro-markets such as Outer Ring Road (ORR) and CBD witnessed an 8-12 per cent increase, driven by sustained demand from MNCs, GCCs, and fast-growing enterprises.

Future-Ready Workspaces CorporatEdge’s new centers in Bengaluru will cater to the evolving needs of businesses, offering state-of-the-art work environments with a sharp focus on sustainability, flexibility, and wellness. Each center will be LEED Platinum-certified and feature ergonomic workstations, collaborative zones, tech-enabled meeting rooms, and hospitality-driven services, delivering a premium office experience designed to enhance productivity and employee well-being.

Monaah M Shuklla, Founder & CEO at CorporatEdge, said, “Bengaluru is a key growth market for CorporatEdge, and this expansion underlines our commitment to creating world-class workspaces that blend flexibility with sophistication. As businesses increasingly prioritize experience-driven offices, we are focused on delivering bespoke solutions that integrate hospitality, technology, and sustainable design. Our upcoming centers will not only support global enterprises and GCCs but also set new benchmarks for premium workspaces in India’s commercial capital.”

Aashish S Shukla, Managing Director at CorporatEdge, further stated, "India’s office sector is poised for continued growth, driven by sustained demand from a diverse range of industries. Bengaluru is at the forefront of this demand accounting for over 30% of the total office space absorption in India. The city’s premium office space market has witnessed a 25-30% rise in leasing activity year-on-year, fueled by a surge in demand from MNCs and GCCs establishing or expanding their operations. At CE we increasingly prioritise employee experience, seamless technology integration, and flexible leasing options. Our latest Centre Offering at Prestige Trade Tower is being highly appreciated by Japanese multinationals, Investment firms and large MNCs for their preferred office."

Commitment to Excellence With this significant investment, CorporatEdge aims to scale its operations and solidify its leadership in the premium flexible workspace segment. The company remains committed to driving innovation, elevating workplace experiences, and supporting the evolving real estate needs of modern businesses in Bengaluru and across India.
