CPWD invites bids for redevelopment of Kasturba Nagar in New Delhi

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) has issued an invitation for bids concerning the redevelopment of the General Pool Residential colony at Kasturba Nagar in New Delhi (Phase-II), to be executed on an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) basis.

The project entails the construction of 825 Type-IV, 110 Type-V, and 150 Type-VI Quarters, featuring a double basement, podium, social facilities, and a banquet hall. It encompasses all associated development works and services.

The contract holds a total value of Rs 11.36 billion, with a designated completion period of 34 months. Following the construction phase, comprehensive maintenance services for a duration of five years will be required.

Interested parties are requested to submit their bids by the bid submission deadline of 06 July 2023.
