Danube Launches Aspirz with 1 per cent Plan for Office Ownership

Danube Properties has launched Aspirz by Danube, a landmark mixed-use development in Dubai Sports City, introducing office ownership under its signature 1 per cent monthly payment plan. This industry-first initiative enables entrepreneurs, SMEs, and investors to acquire commercial property with greater affordability.

Set across a 37,000 sq ft plot, the 40-storey tower houses 698 units, including 266 office spaces (floors 2–15) and 432 hotel apartments (floors 17–40). The offices come in multiple layouts and can be customised to suit business needs, while residents can choose from Studio to Flex 3BHK units, including convertible apartments that allow for multi-use flexibility.

“This is a defining moment for the commercial property sector,” said Rizwan Sajan, Founder and Chairman of Danube Group. “By extending our iconic 1 per cent payment plan to office buyers, we’re unlocking a huge opportunity for businesses to stop renting and start owning with unparalleled flexibility. Aspirz isn’t just another project—it’s a reimagination of how Dubai lives and works.”

Aspirz offers 30+ lifestyle amenities for both residents and professionals, including infinity pools, gyms, jogging tracks, outdoor cinemas, multi-sport courts, wellness zones, and a podcast studio. The project is scheduled for completion in Q4 2028, reinforcing Danube Properties’ commitment to innovation, affordability, and customer-centric real estate solutions.
