DDA to offer 2,500 flats under Sasta Ghar Scheme

The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) will offer 2,500 flats under the second phase of its Sasta Ghar Scheme from November 14, providing affordable housing for low- and middle-income groups. The flats, located across Delhi, will be available through an online application process with eligibility criteria. Part of the government’s urban housing initiative, the scheme aims to address the housing shortage by offering competitively priced homes to promote urban development.
