e-novation Centre is India’s first hub for Corporate R&D, trainings and innovation

e-novation Centre, India’s first state-of-the-art hub exclusively dedicated to corporate innovation, R&D and training, is being built in the institutional area in Sector 75, Gurugram. Spread over 12 acre, the corporate innovation hub built by RSP Developers is a LEED Gold rated centre.

The environment-friendly centre has nearly 75 per cent open space with extensive green cover as well as water recycling, waste management and renewable energy on the campus, making it self-sufficient in all requirements. The e-novation Centre has facilities for setting up Corporate Innovation Labs, R&D labs, incubators, accelerators, centres of excellence, IT/ITeS units and Training Centres.

“Innovation labs, R&D units and training modules are now stepping out of the fold of parent companies and HQ’s and gaining their own independence and agility to combat disruption, compete with start-ups and stay competitive in the market. At the e-novation Centre, we recognise the clear and present requirement for a conducive environment for companies to innovate,” says Satya Priya Yadav, CEO, e-novation Centre.

The BMW Group has already set up India’s largest automobile training centre in the first block of e-novation Centre. This is also one of the few BMW training centre’s globally – for management, brand, sales, product, process and technical trainings. It has a current capacity of approximately 14,000 training man-days per annum, which is expandable in the future owing to the future ready infrastructure of the campus.

The 1 million sq ft infrastructure is spread over six blocks, the first is already in use and operational while the second and third are ready for occupying. The Centre is planned such that it can adapt to varied requirements, from built-to-suit space, single floors, multiple floors, blocks, standalone buildings and residential facilities for walk-to-work.

“The e-novation Centre is strategically located owing to the Gurugram Metropolitan Development Authority’s (GMDA) initiatives to develop the Southern Peripheral Road (SPR) along the lines of the Golf Course Road. The planned construction of a cloverleaf to connect the SPR with the Dwarka Expressway, providing an alternate access to the Indira Gandhi International (IGI) Airport, which is currently 28 km away via NH-8, will prove beneficial to the area. Also, with two underpasses and three flyovers to ease the traffic flow along the SPR, we see a surge in corporates moving to this area,” adds Yadav.

RSP Developers, a real estate development and management group, is the single owner of all its premises and provides efficient and customised solutions through one integrated team.  Founded in 1996 by Raj Singh Yadav and Satya Priya Yadav, the organisation has developed over a million square feet of office space in sectors 18, 44 and 75 of Gurugram. The company places innovation at the core of its strategy to develop niche, sustainable products that are not available in the NCR’s real estate landscape in India. The organisation continuously invests and adapts to change to be at the forefront of India’s next generation of buildings and infrastructures.

RSP has catered to the unique needs of various clients over the years. Their Client list includes, the BMW Group, Encore, Droom, IFF, Koovs, HFCL Infotel Ltd, Swiggy, Exicom, Orange, Punj Lloyd, and Tellabs and Fibcom.
